Message As the one is derived from the other (the formula, once again is HP=(torque*rpm)/5252). The torque curve on a typical NA Z begins to decline at about 5400 rpm, levels out at about 5800-6200 rpm and declines quickly above 6200 rpm.

With some fairly extensive modifications (check my profile), I have managed to significantly reduce the decline between 5400 and 5800, and to reduce the fall off above 6000. You can see this in my dynochart (click the link below)
